Pelvic Care from Pregnancy to Postpartum + Rediscovering Yourself with Jessica Grody

My sweet client-turned-soul friend Jessica Grody joins us to share about her pregnancy, birth and (almost) one year postpartum experience. Jess felt the desire to seek pelvic physical therapy at 8 months pregnant and has a LOT to say about it, especially as an extremely active and avid runner, swimmer, yogi and now, mama. She hopes that with sharing her postpartum struggles and triumphs, people feel less alone and are better understood.

Listen in to hear Jessica’s birth story as a first time mom, pelvic floor exercises that helped her before & after pregnancy and her experience with pelvic physical therapy.

Tune in on Apple or Spotify, or catch the video on YouTube.
