This workshop is for you if you
Feel constipated, backed up, tight in the pelvic diaphragm, have a hard time poopin', or have a hard time letting "shit" go
Feel disconnected to your pelvic area and not sure if you're even pooping properly
Struggle with overall gut health/digestive issues, uncomfortable gas + bloating
Go to the bathroom for #2 less than 3 times a week (especially over the last 3 months)
Are desiring to get pregnant, already pregnant, or postpartum
Struggle with painful or dissatisfying sex, solo or with a partner
This workshop will be led by Dr. Brittney Ellers, a holistic pelvic physical therapist and pelvic health mentor, and includes
