  • How to create a healthy, loving connection to your body


This workshop is for you if you

  • Feel disconnected to your pelvic area and not sure if you're doing your kegels right, let alone enough!

  • Leak pee (almost?!) every time you laugh, sneeze, jump, or cough

  • Go to the bathroom less than 3 times a day or more than 8 times a day

  • Feel a heaviness down there, or feel like you're "falling out" of yourself

  • Are pregnant or postpartum

  • Struggle with painful sex, solo or with a partner


This workshop will be led by Dr. Brittney Ellers, a holistic pelvic physical therapist and pelvic health mentor

  • 45 minute discussion-based lecture guided by Brittney

  • 15 minute guided self-assessment
