This workshop is for you if you
Feel disconnected to your pelvic area and not sure if you're doing your kegels right, let alone enough!
Leak pee (almost?!) every time you laugh, sneeze, jump, or cough
Go to the bathroom less than 3 times a day or more than 8 times a day
Feel a heaviness down there, or feel like you're "falling out" of yourself
Are pregnant or postpartum
Struggle with painful sex, solo or with a partner
This workshop will be led by Dr. Brittney Ellers, a holistic pelvic physical therapist and pelvic health mentor
