Podcasts with Dr. Brittney Ellers: Sharing Pelvic Health, Pleasure + Women’s Wisdom
As a Projector, I love being invited into 1:1 conversations where I get to share insights from my personal experience and practice, sense what’s happening beneath the surface, and help others see themselves more clearly.
This year, I’ve been blessed to join some incredible women-led podcasts (all fellow Projectors with an entrepreneurial spirit) to talk about pelvic health, sexuality, embodiment, and the work that lights me up.
If you’re curious about reclaiming your body’s wisdom, exploring pleasure without shame, or simply love a deep, story-driven conversation, here are five places where you can catch me.
1️⃣ RESONANCE with Chelsea Adair

What We Talk About:
Hormonal birth control’s impact and natural ways to restore balance
Vaginal alchemy & self-intimacy as tools for healing
The link between pelvic health, dental health, and stored emotions
Financial realities of childbirth & hospital practices affecting pelvic well-being
Releasing shame & guilt around sensuality and stepping into sovereignty
We recorded this around the time I had another dental trauma. This conversation is raw, insightful, and filled with takeaways for any woman ready to reclaim her body, her pleasure, and her power.
Pssst! Chelsea was also on Season 1 of The Pelvic Pulse Podcast.
