A Peek Into What Holistic Pelvic Therapy Has to Offer

Makenzie T.

"When I started therapy with Brittney I was almost 3 months postpartum and still feeling the pain of healing tears, heaviness like my insides were about to drop out, and worst of all the complete lack of control over my bladder whenever I sneezed, coughed, laughed, you name it.

I really only wanted a solution to my bladder control issues but B truly helped me with all of the above! She made me feel so safe and comfortable, and I ended each session with an overwhelming gratefulness for professionals like her that now exist in women’s healthcare. There’s just no reason to continue to suffer when people like her exist!"

Jessica H.

"I started working with Dr. Brittney at 8 months pregnant, and thru our sessions she taught me how to properly leverage my pelvic floor and how to BREATHE for birth. Thanks in huge part to our work together, my experience giving birth to my son was truly beautiful…

I continued to work with Dr. Brittney (and still do at 11 months postpartum) and it has been KEY in my ability to return to activity (and my body) in a short period of time. She helped me rebuild my pelvic and abdominal strength, and coached me on how to progressively and safely return to prebaby activities.

Not only was Dr. Brittney a gift to me on my journey to becoming a mama, but thru our sessions I experienced a deep reconnection to my feminine, and a resolution of pent up sexual shame and distrust. I’ve discovered worth, safety and enjoyment on a new level and couldn’t be more grateful.

Dr. Brittney’s level of knowledge, understanding and intuition is profound, and she matches it with deep compassion and care. Every woman should gift herself the experience of a session with Dr. Brittney."

Javiera S.

"I saw Brittney when I was a couple of months postpartum and she really supported me in coming back into my body in a safe way. I immediately felt at ease when I first met her, she is so sweet and caring! She listened to what I needed and wanted.

Her hands on healing/manual therapy work on my back was amazing, it would help me relax and rest which can be so hard with two little kids at home!

I can say now that I don’t have pain and when I do I know just what to do to help bring myself out of it thanks to Brittney’s guidance."

You're a busy woman! You don't have time to discern the info from Dr. Google or ChatGPT.

Take it from the expert who had her own pelvic issues she needed to get to the bottom of.

With this basic breakdown, you'll have language for what you're feeling or experiencing, a checklist you can bring to your provider, and feel validated knowing that your body-mind-soul signs are REAL and get to be heard.
