Wondering what you need to know and what you can do for a smoother birth before you become a mother? Download this 15-page guide with VIDEOS on the ESSENTIALS I want every woman to know about their pelvic floor for a powerful birth and beautiful postpartum experience!

Looking for the absolute "need to know" when it comes to your pelvic wellbeing on the path to motherhood? You're in the right place.

If you find yourself...

  • Wondering if you're even connected to your pelvic floor in a way that is helpful

  • Confused about kegels and reverse kegels (huh?!) and would like to avoid any tearing during labor + birth

  • Desiring more understanding of what your body (specifically your pelvic floor) needs to be able to do for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, even if it's not your first go-around

  • Wanting some tangible to-dos to not just prepare, but become and remain connected to your body and baby through this process

Studies show...

Pelvic floor awareness and practices are integral to a smoother birth and postpartum experience.

In ALL senses - for body, mind, and soul.

But that doesn't mean the answer is to Kegel all the time while pregnant! On the contrary...

HELD is a perfect blend of simple yet impactful practices.

You can only prepare so much for parenthood, but this kind of preparation is something you'll want for life anyways!

With basic principles about your body and the natural biological process that is birth, you'll learn the practices that will help you remain connected to your pelvic floor from pregnancy through your labor and birth to your postpartum.

What happens when you pay attention to your pelvic floor?

Let's go over the benefits and effects.

Sex, peeing, and pooping are phenomenal, not scary.

Not that we always want to do things to PREVENT things from happening out of FEAR, but if you pay attention to your pelvic floor, sex, peeing and pooping are great, and problems like pain or incontinence can remain out of your life.

You can keep moving, remaining active - which helps with labor and birth!

I've seen SO many pregnant women make it through to birth and postpartum without pain in and around their pelvises in my 1:1 sessions, and it's because of the way they began to modify their breathing patterns and activities to better suit their needs.

You become a fully embodied mother, not cut off at the waist down.

When you pay attention to your pelvic floor, you remain connected to Source. You can root down, feel what's present in your pelvic bowl, BREATHE and transmute your energy - in the process of birth and beyond. Your sense of self down there is a map of your outer world.

When I started therapy with Brittney I was almost 3 months postpartum and still feeling the pain of healing tears, heaviness like my insides were about to drop out, and worst of all the complete lack of control over my bladder whenever I sneezed, coughed, laughed, you name it.

I really only wanted a solution to my bladder control issues but B truly helped me with all of the above! She made me feel so safe and comfortable, and I ended each session with an overwhelming gratefulness for professionals like her that now exist in women’s healthcare. There’s just no reason to continue to suffer when people like her exist!

I started working with Dr. Brittney at 8 months pregnant, and thru our sessions she taught me how to properly leverage my pelvic floor and how to BREATHE for birth. Thanks in huge part to our work together, my experience giving birth to my son was truly beautiful…

I continued to work with Dr. Brittney (and still do at 11 months postpartum) and it has been KEY in my ability to return to activity (and my body) in a short period of time. She helped me rebuild my pelvic and abdominal strength, and coached me on how to progressively and safely return to prebaby activities.

Not only was Dr. Brittney a gift to me on my journey to becoming a mama, but thru our sessions I experienced a deep reconnection to my feminine, and a resolution of pent up sexual shame and distrust. I’ve discovered worth, safety and enjoyment on a new level and couldn’t be more grateful.

Dr. Brittney’s level of knowledge, understanding and intuition is profound, and she matches it with deep compassion and care. Every woman should gift herself the experience of a session with Dr. Brittney.

I saw Brittney when I was a couple of months postpartum and she really supported me in coming back into my body in a safe way. I immediately felt at ease when I first met her, she is so sweet and caring! She listened to what I needed and wanted.

Her hands on healing/manual therapy work on my back was amazing, it would help me relax and rest which can be so hard with two little kids at home!

I can say now that I don’t have pain and when I do I know just what to do to help bring myself out of it thanks to Brittney’s guidance.
