So many women were taught to chase orgasm like a finish line—fast, efficient, and often with a vibrator in hand.
But what happens when your body stops responding, when you notice there's maybe more to explore but you don't know how… or when you realize the quick hit isn’t giving you what you actually crave: depth, connection, and aliveness?
Perhaps you've even been feeling numb, undernourished, emotionally guarded and disconnected, in more places than one.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to lovingly bring your body and your pleasure back online through education, awareness, and slow nourishment for truly fulfilling experiences of self and partnered pleasure.
What you will experience and learn
💋 The Pleasure Paradox: why “faster, harder, more” doesn’t always equal better sex, and how modern habits of pleasure can actually disconnect us from the body’s true capacity for aliveness
💋 The nervous system + arousal connection - what happens when your body is stuck in stress or shutdown, and how to bring safety and receptivity back to your pleasure pathways
💋 The physiology of pleasure + numbness - how blood flow, fascia, and emotion work together to create (or block) sensation in the vulva and vagina.
💋 A guided embodied practice: breath, touch, and awareness to reconnect you to subtle sensation, followed by a reflection to deepen your integration.
💋 Tools to re-sensitize your body over time - why less stimulation and more presence leads to deeper pleasure.

“I started seeing Brittney after going off birth control after 15 years for extra support with managing some difficult cycle related symptoms as my body transitioned to its natural state. I’ve never felt so safe and understood by a practitioner which is so important when exploring the most intimate parts of ourselves. I notice instant improvement both physically and emotionally after I walk out of our sessions together. You will truly learn so much about your body and yourself by having Brittney in your life."
“I truly think every woman on this planet should have the opportunity to participate in this!”
I'm Dr. Brittney Ellers, founder of Being Better, a wellness company based in San Diego, CA. I found my niche in pelvic healthcare after graduating with my doctorate in physical therapy and moving through the reclamation of my menstrual cycle, pelvic floor pain, and sexual self. I am the daughter of a pastor and an immigrant who had some solid deconditioning work to do to be where I am today, calling myself the Therapusst!
Since this multi-layered awakening, it’s been my mission to tackle the “taboo,” educate openly about pelvic issues, and to guide you to heal and access one of the most vital and powerful parts of your body.
I believe the pelvis is the root, the center for life, creativity, and confidence. Let me show you how you can gracefully move through your reproductive years into menopause, while embodying the brightest version of yourself.
