With presence over performance. Context before information.
Embodied conversations for women, girls, and communities navigating growth, identity, and change.
I create speaking experiences that help people feel more connected to their bodies, more trusting of themselves, and more resourced for the transitions they’re living through.
With presence over performance and felt experience over information overload, I don’t just come to share ideas — I come to help a room soften, open, and actually receive what’s here for them.
Whether I’m speaking on a stage, in a circle, on a podcast, or inside a community gathering, the intention is the same:
to create a space where insight lands deeply enough to become lived.
My work is rooted in embodiment, body literacy, and meaningful conversation.
That means I’m less interested in delivering polished performance for performance’s sake — and more interested in creating an experience that helps people feel:
safer in their bodies
more connected to their voice
more able to name what they’re moving through
more trusting of their inner cues
more open to honest, grounded transformation
People often tell me my work brings a quality of presence that helps the room exhale.
Not because it’s passive — but because it’s real.
The spaces I facilitate invite reflection, resonance, self-recognition, and practical insight people can carry with them long after the event ends.
I'm available for:
podcast interviews
keynote talks
guest speaking for women’s groups and communities
mother-daughter gatherings
girls’ circles and puberty education workshops
retreat sessions
panels and facilitated conversations
custom workshops for aligned communities and organizations
If you’re not sure which format fits, you can reach out and we can shape something together.
While I don't speak from a script, my work often lands around these themes while remaining grounded, experiential, and invitational.
Replacing shame and confusion with body literacy, confidence, and connection.
A grounded, age-appropriate conversation for girls, mothers, and communities who want to approach puberty with more honesty, dignity, and support.
This talk or workshop helps create a more empowering introduction to cycles, body changes, and pelvic awareness — especially for tweens and teens who deserve more than silence, fear, or awkwardness around what their body is becoming.
Together, we open up language and understanding that helps girls feel more at home in their changing bodies, while helping mothers and caregivers feel more equipped to guide these conversations with trust and tenderness.
Participants often leave with:
more confidence around body changes and cycles
shared language for conversations that can otherwise feel hard to start
a more connected, less shame-based experience of puberty
practical understanding that supports both girls and caregivers
A different way of relating to the body in a culture that teaches women to manage, fix, and override themselves.
This conversation is for women who are tired of treating their bodies like projects.
Instead of pushing harder, disconnecting from sensation, or trying to optimize every part of life, this talk invites a more attuned relationship with the body — one rooted in listening, responsiveness, and self-trust.
It offers a powerful reframe for women navigating stress, disconnection, performance pressure, or the feeling that wellness has become just another thing to get right.
Participants often leave with:
a more compassionate and grounded relationship with their body
language for patterns of self-abandonment or over-efforting
practical ways to return to body awareness and internal trust
a felt sense that there is another way to move through life
Understanding the four phases of the menstrual cycle and how to live with more rhythm, awareness, and support.
This talk offers an accessible introduction to cyclical living for women who want to better understand their energy, emotions, needs, and capacity across the month.
Rather than fighting the body or expecting consistency from a naturally changing system, participants learn how to work with their cycle in ways that support self-awareness, nourishment, movement, work, and rest.
This can be especially supportive for communities interested in women’s wellness, sustainable leadership, self-care, or body literacy.
Participants often leave with:
a clearer understanding of the four phases of the cycle
more permission to honor changing energy and needs
practical ways to support work, relationships, movement, and rest in each phase
a more respectful and collaborative relationship with their body
Support for the identity shifts, body changes, and emotional terrain of becoming.
This conversation explores what it means to move through thresholds — puberty, partnership, pregnancy, postpartum, reinvention, loss, relationship change, or any season that asks us to become someone new.
Rather than rushing transformation or skipping over the body’s role in change, this work honors the in-between: the places where old ways are ending and new ones have not fully arrived.
These are often the moments when people most need language, support, and a deeper relationship with their own internal wisdom.
Participants often leave with:
more compassion for where they are in the process of change
a greater sense of grounding during transition
language for experiences that can otherwise feel isolating
deeper trust in the body as part of the transformation
These conversations are especially well-suited for:
women’s groups and community gatherings
schools, girls’ programs, and youth spaces
mother-daughter events
wellness communities
retreats and immersive experiences
podcasts and panels
organizations wanting more human, grounded conversations around body wisdom, identity, self-trust, and transition
more confidence in their body and voice
language for experiences they haven’t known how to name
practical tools for navigating cycles, transitions, and self-trust
a deeper sense of connection to themselves and others
conversations that continue long after the event ends
“I loved Brittney’s passion when she was leading! Knowledge is one thing (and she definitely had it!) but the drive behind why she is sharing these resources is tangible in her excitement and became infectious! I love how she also is learning along side of you; it feels like you’re talking to a close friend, and it feels comfortable and safe.”
“Learning more about the different phases each woman experiences and how each one has a purpose has been so helpful in not only helping me organize my months, but has shifted my anxiety about life and work stresses.”
“I got to know myself better than I ever have with Brittney. There's so much knowledge I acquired that isn't even talked about between females- let alone taught in school sex ed classes. This is the empowered version of female sex ed. I've felt encouraged to try new things to make my life, period and attitude more enjoyable, healthy and simple. I didn't realize how much I had to learn about myself personally and physically. This information is so valuable and it's stuff that matters today and when I'm older.”
“I can't believe it took me 24 years to learn this much about my body! I've truly never felt better. I am so grateful for Brittney and for all the work around getting women to fall back in love with their incredible bodies.”
"My 12 yr old got her cycle a month after your workshop. So grateful we came, as she was so prepared for it!"
“I truly think every woman on this planet should have the opportunity to participate in this!”
