With presence over performance. Context before information.
When I speak, the invitation isn't to learn about something - it's to feel something differently.
I deliver my message in an inspiring way, leaving listeners ready to take action.
My intention isn't to fill minds with more information, but to create a shared space where bodies settle, nervous systems soften, and insight can land in an embodied way.
You won't get "hacks" packaged perfecting in a repeatable speech. You'll get presence.
I speak in ways that help people feel their internal experience first, before trying to change it.
What shows up in gatherings - whether workshops, panels, or keynote talks - is less about content delivery and more about embodied orientation:
curiosity that lands in the body
perspective that meets sensation
presence that invites clarity
felt truth rather than polished performance
This work resonates in contexts where the audience is ready to slow down, pay attention to themselves, and feel more of what’s true underneath habitual thinking.
While I don't speak from a script, my work often lands around these themes - always grounded, experiential, and invitational.
Celebrating cycles, body intelligence, pelvic care in today's culture
We might not have received the education we'd liked when we were growing into our bodies. Let's change the narrative for our young tweens and teens! We gather with both mothers and girls, and you leave feeling more connected, empowered, and confident.
Understanding what it feels like to live in your body instead of managing it
Your cycles and hormones create all kinds of shifts - physically, energetically, and sexually. In this talk, we break down the 4 phases and I'll share exactly how to use each one to your advantage in your movement, nutrition, work, home, and relationships.
Witnessing identity, body, spiritual, and relational shifts through felt sensation
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are big phases of life - your pelvic floor and core will literally be front and center. I guide ceremonies, circles, and facilitate groups through these transitions and more. Let's give your body the TLC she needs so that you can walk through this journey feeling anchored and supported.
"My 12 yr old got her cycle a month after your workshop. So grateful we came, as she was so prepared for it!"
