You’ll leave with simple, practical tools to begin softening, releasing, and retraining your pelvis, so that you can experience ease, openness, and a new sense of embodied freedom in your body, your sexual expression, and your daily life.

About This Workshop

Newsflash: “tight” isn’t “toned” or “healthy” for your pelvic floor. As someone who used to identify with having a tight or hypertonic pelvic floor, I speak from embodied wisdom.
I will teach you why gripping, holding, and clenching patterns block both pleasure and general pelvic health — and how to start releasing that tension through awareness, breath, and softening.

What you will experience and learn

  • The myth about tight pussies/tight asses and other sayings that perpetuate poor mindsets and behaviors

  • How to tell if you yourself might have a tight pelvic floor (she comes in many shades and colors)

  • What to do to release any pelvic tightness (hint: it's not just about stretching)

  • What pelvic floor "goals" really look like and how to embody it

  • And so much more!

This workshop is for you if

  • You hear/see all the pelvic experts online, but are READY to take more self-responsibility to truly KNOW yourself

  • You're definitely aware of your north mouth (TMJ issues perhaps??) and you KNOW your south mouth (around, on and in) is just as important to care for and could be related (you're not wrong)

  • You identify as a Type-A girly with a kung-fu grip on her life, and are CURIOUS to tune into the energies and wisdom that your female body holds

  • You experience difficulty releasing (or do you actually rush yourself?) when going to the bathroom, and you're READY to use this knowledge as a foundation for your next-level exploration and expansion

This workshop is led by yours truly, Dr. Brittney Ellers, a holistic + intuitive pelvic physical therapist and womb worker, and includes

  • Welcome + discussion-based transmission

  • Guided hands on meditation + embodiment practice (clothes on)

  • Q+A and more discussion with Dr. Brittney

  • Notes on aftercare and tangible action steps post-session

  • An open mind and heart, wearing comfortable clothing

  • Socks, blanket, pillows, etc. to keep warm (pussies don't open when you're cold!)

I'm Brittney Ellers, founder of Being Better, a wellness company based in San Diego, CA. I found my niche in pelvic healthcare after graduating with my doctorate in physical therapy and moving through the healing of my menstrual cycle and pelvic floor pain. Since then, it’s been my mission to tackle the “taboo,” educate openly about pelvic issues (like tight pussies and asses), and to guide you to heal and access one of the most vital and powerful parts of your body
