Each of these workshops has a component of embodied education first (to get the thinking mind on board), followed by a guided body experience that is slow, honoring of your physical being, and cellularly informative. You'll receive review of anatomy in all three with different lenses/focuses that helps paint a fuller picture.
Here's how I'd recommend going through each individual workshop:
To kickstart you off, begin here - because I need you to understand that "gaining range before training range" is key and what we want to aim for instead in our roots.
Here we dive into some deeper understanding of our nervous systems, physiology, and arousal energy in relation to pleasure and orgasm (two different things!)
Put everything you learned together into a loving hands on, hands in guided mapping session - one of my signature guided experiences that you can think of as yin yoga for your 🐱, something you'll want to come back to again and again.
"WOW that was safe and felt amazing! Can’t wait to talk about this in session! Coming from a gal who was raped and didn’t find much pleasure in sex. I learned so much about what feels good and what to ask future partners for more pleasure! :)"
“I can't believe it took me 24 years to learn this much about my body! I've truly never felt better. I am so grateful for Brittney and for all the work around getting women to fall back in love with their incredible bodies.”
"Brittney is amazing! She holds such a beautiful space for self exploration. She is kind, Non-judgment and deeply compassionate. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to reclaim their personal power."
“I loved Brittney’s passion when she was leading! Knowledge is one thing (and she definitely had it!) but the drive behind why she is sharing these resources is tangible in her excitement and became infectious! I love how she also is learning along side of you; it feels like you’re talking to a close friend, and it feels comfortable and safe.”
"I learned things about my body that you just can't read about in a book, or listen to on a podcast, or watch in a movie. The guided/hands on practice was ESSENTIAL.
I learned that I wasn't broken :,) for as long as I had been sexually active and participating in self-pleasure, I could only orgasm one way or not at all with a partner. Through this course, I learned that I wasn't broken and that massaging out the pelvic floor muscles was all I needed to do to increase blood flow and in essence, FEEL things down there (finally). Now I'm more confident and feel more grounded in my body than I ever have before."
"It was diving into unknown territory for me, but after practicing, it genuinely made so much of a difference in how I felt within my body during self pleasure and intimacy with my partner... The Hands On practice made me feel at ease and simultaneously woke up nerves (the good ones :)) all around my body."
