FEEL: Guided Mapping Session

FEEL is a guided mapping session to help you explore your pelvic landscape, awaken sensation, and build trust with yourself. Our vulvas + vaginas hold so much, so let's get to know her and listen shall we? Join us for a powerful introduction to self-mapping and unlock a new level of intimacy with your body.

Numb to Nourished: Why You Might Want to Break Up With Your Vibrator

If your pleasure feels “meh” or you can’t get turned on without a vibrator, this is your wake-up call. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to (re)sensitize your body, slow down your arousal, and bring your juicy, natural pleasure back online—no USB charge required.

Why A Tight 🐱 and 🍑 Ain't It (and How to Fix It)

After this workshop, you’ll understand why holding, gripping, and clenching isn’t strength - it’s tension that blocks your pleasure, your power, and your connection to your body. You’ll leave with simple, practical tools to begin softening, releasing, and retraining your pelvis, so that you can experience ease, openness, and a new sense of embodied freedom in your body, your sexual expression, and your daily life.

How to Flow Through It

Each of these workshops has a component of embodied education first (to get the thinking mind on board), followed by a guided body experience that is slow, honoring of your physical being, and cellularly informative. You'll receive review of anatomy in all three with different lenses/focuses that helps paint a fuller picture.

Here's how I'd recommend going through each individual workshop:

1) Why A Tight 🐱 and 🍑 Ain't It

To kickstart you off, begin here - because I need you to understand that "gaining range before training range" is key and what we want to aim for instead in our roots.

2) Numb to Nourished

Here we dive into some deeper understanding of our nervous systems, physiology, and arousal energy in relation to pleasure and orgasm (two different things!)

3) FEEL Guided Mapping

Put everything you learned together into a loving hands on, hands in guided mapping session - one of my signature guided experiences that you can think of as yin yoga for your 🐱, something you'll want to come back to again and again.
