Being Better/75HER: Kickstart Your Cycle Syncing Journey

Doctor of Physical Therapy · Pelvic Health Educator · TEDx Speaker on Menstrual Health

75HARD was built for a man's body. 75HER was built for yours.

A 75-day, cycle-aligned wellness challenge for women who want to feel better in their bodies — without forcing, guessing, or starting over every Monday.

🌀 Next live round: June 1 – August 15, 2026 with live coaching, community support, and a simple daily rhythm you can actually stick with.

You've probably tried the "same every day" approach to wellness. Same workout. Same wake-up time. Same expectations for your energy, your mood, your output — regardless of where you are in your cycle.

And it worked. Until it didn't.

Because you're not a man with a 24-hour hormonal cycle. You're a woman with a 28-ish day one. And no amount of discipline, consistency, or willpower is going to change the fact that your body was designed to move in seasons — not march in a straight line.

75HER is the challenge that finally works with that.

About a year and half into living with my now-husband, I had a moment I couldn't ignore...

I looked down at myself and thought: whose body is this? 🥲

I hadn’t fallen apart. I had just drifted from the things that kept me connected to myself — how I moved, how I ate, how I cared for my energy, how I listened to my body. I knew I needed to take ownership and return to cyclical alignment.

And I hear versions of this from women all the time.

Maybe it happened in postpartum.
Maybe after coming off birth control.
Maybe after a diagnosis, a burnout season, or years of trying to force your body into routines that never really fit.

You weren’t failing at wellness. You were trying to live in a way that ignored your biology.

Cycle alignment is what brought me back to myself. I've been practicing and refining it for the past 8 years. 75HER is how I teach it.

You're in the right place if...

You're experiencing:

  • Irregular, painful, or missing periods

  • PMS, mood swings, or luteal phase anxiety that feel out of control

  • "Low libido" or feeling disconnected from your desire

  • Unexplained fatigue or energy that crashes without warning

  • Weight that won't shift despite doing "all the right things"

Maybe this is also you...

  • You’ve moved in with a partner or gotten married and are feeling lost in the life-merger

  • You've come off hormonal birth control (or you're thinking about it) and your body feels like a stranger you're just getting to know again

  • You're feeling the postpartum body confusion — your cycle returned, hormones are recalibrating and you want some semblance of rhythm, ritual, and feeling like yourself again

  • You know how to track your cycle but you have no idea how to actually live inside each phase

  • You're drowning in cycle syncing content online and somehow still feel more confused than when you started

  • You've tried the 5am workouts, the supplements, the rigid routines — and your body keeps quietly telling you: this isn't it

Are you're ready to:

  • Stop white-knuckling a routine that wasn't built for your body

  • Learn to read your cycle as information instead of inconvenience

  • Spend 75 days actually living inside your biology instead of overriding it

  • Do this in community — not alone in a tab you forget to open

If you nodded at even one of those — welcome. This was made for you.

PS. This is NOT for you if: You're looking for a rigid, one-size-fits-all program with no room for your own intuition or modifications. 75HER is a framework, not a rulebook.

The wellness industry was built on a male hormonal model. Your body was never the problem.

"75HARD. 5am club. Same macros every day. Progressive overload every week. Push through. Be consistent. Don't let your emotions run the show." 💁🏼‍♂️

These frameworks weren't designed for a body that runs on a monthly hormonal cycle with four distinct phases — each one asking for something completely different from you in terms of energy, nutrition, movement, creativity, and rest.

When you "fail" at consistency, it's not a character flaw. It's a biological mismatch.

75HER doesn't ask you to be the same every day. It asks you to be exactly who you are — in every phase.

For the first time since I originally launched it — 75HER is live.

75 days of living in alignment with your cycle. Here's what that means.

For 75 days — roughly 2.5 full menstrual cycles — this timeframe gives us enough time to create change and for you to experience the differences, phase to phase, multiple times. You'll practice aligning your movement, nourishment, energy, and life with the phase you're actually in.

Not the phase you wish you were in. Not the phase that's most productive. The one you're in right now.

Some days that looks like high-intensity movement and bold creative output. Some days it looks like slow walks and nourishing soups. Some days it looks like deep rest and absolutely zero apology about it.

What you'll build over 75 days:

✔️ A real relationship with your cycle — not just tracking it, but living inside it

✔️ Movement and nourishment habits that actually feel sustainable because they're built around your hormones

✔️ The ability to read your body's signals instead of overriding them

✔️ Less PMS, more energy, more clarity — because you're finally working with your biology

✔️ A felt sense of BEING in alignment in your body that no linear wellness program has ever given you

✔️ You feel sexy — not because your body changed but because you're home in it

This is more than a digital challenge.

The June 2025 round of 75HER is a live, guided, communal experience 👯‍♀️

I’ve been living and refining this practice for ~8 years. This summer, I’m guiding it live.

When you join, you’re not just getting the digital materials. You’re stepping into a 75-day container with real support, real accountability, and real-time community.

What's included in this live round:

🌙 Pregame Call — Sunday, May 31st at 10am PST. For early enrollees only.

Before the challenge begins, we gather to meet each other, orient to the 75 days, and set a personal intention. You'll leave this call knowing exactly how to start June 1 — and already feeling connected to the women doing it alongside you.

🔥 Call 1: Initiation — Monday, June 1st at 5:30pm PST. A ceremonial opening to mark the beginning. We'll set the container, explore what the next 75 days are asking of you, and move through a guided practice to begin embodying your cycle rather than just tracking it.

🌊 Call 2: The Deepening — Monday, July 6th at 5:30pm PST. The messy middle is real. This call is where we meet it — honestly, warmly, and without judgment. Coaching, breakthroughs, troubleshooting, and celebrating what's already shifting.

🌺 Call 3: Integration — August 10th at 5:30pm PST. As the challenge draws to a close, we gather to reflect on what's moved, what's changed, and how to carry this way of living forward — long after the 75 days end.

💬 Private Telegram Community — June 1 through August 15. A living thread just for this round of 75HER — for sharing recipes, rituals, workouts, books, wins, hard days, and the kind of conversation that only happens when women are all inside the same experience together.

Women who've been through this work say:

"I've truly never felt better." "This is the empowered version of female sex ed." "Shifted my anxiety about life and work stresses."

What actually shifts when you start living this way

This isn't just about having a better period (though that happens too).

Women who cycle sync consistently report:

✔️ More regular, less painful periods

✔️ Improved energy across all four phases — not just the "good" week

✔️ A natural understanding of their desire and libido that stops feeling random or confusing

✔️ Reduced PMS, mood swings, and the feeling of being "taken over" by their hormones

✔️ A sustainable approach to movement and nourishment that doesn't require willpower to maintain

And here's something important:

Mood swings, PMS, depression, anxiety, painful periods, disconnection from your desire, weight that won't budge — these are common. But they are not normal.

They're your body asking for something different. 75HER is how you start to answer.

After the 75 days are over...

Something tells me once you begin living this way, you won't want to go back to living linearly.

The women who do 75HER don't finish and feel done. They finish and feel awake — like they've just learned the language their body has been speaking for years, and they finally want to keep the conversation going.

After the challenge ends, the WhatsApp thread closes. The live calls are complete. The container, as it was, is finished.

But the community, the practice, and the devotion? Those don't have to end.

In late August, I'll be sharing something I've been building for exactly this moment — an ongoing home for women who've been inside my world and want to stay. If you want to be the first to hear about it, make sure you're on my newsletter.

Meet Your Guide: Dr. Brittney

I'm Dr. Brittney Ellers — holistic pelvic physical therapist, pelvic health educator, and the woman who built 75HER because I needed it myself.

My healing didn't start in a clinic. It started when I came off birth control after being on it for 10 years, began tracking my cycle for the first time, and slowly realized my body wasn't broken — it had just never been listened to.

That experience changed everything. It changed how I move, how I eat, how I rest, how I work, how I experience pleasure — and eventually, it changed my entire practice.

I drifted from the practice after moving in with my now-husband, returned to it when I didn't recognize myself, and have been refining it ever since.

Why I keep coming back to it is because it reminds me of my body's innate wisdom as a woman —something I wish every woman to not only knows, but gnos, appreciates about themselves, and embodies.

75HER is the starting point I wish I'd had, and I'm so excited to do this alongside you.

This is not a punishment. This is a homecoming.

Cycle-aligned living in real life looks like:

🌹 Dancing instead of forcing a workout your body isn't asking for

🌹 A warm nourishing soup in your menstrual phase instead of a salad you don't want

🌹 7,500 steps — not 10,000 — because that's what's real

🌹 Journaling 10 minutes instead of reading 10 pages because your brain is foggy and that's okay

🌹 Saying no to a social event in your inner winter without a single apology

🌹 Waking up in your follicular phase with energy you used to chase with caffeine

The guidelines are a starting point. The modifications are yours to make. Part of this challenge is learning to trust your own inner knowing over every external prescription — including mine.

If any of this is resonating, I'd love for you to join us this summer.
